I went and got my Clearance Certificate today, and only requested one original. Now thinking about it, once I submit that at my interview, will I be required to submit another one for AOS? When I photocopy the seal does not show up. Just curious, as its easier for me to obtain a new original before moving then afterwards.

Yes, you can pick a date from a Calendar, and then once you have selected your date and paid you will receive a confirmation of appointment letter via an email. Hope this helps.

Just looking over all the documents I sent in with my packet 3 and just noticed that I had attached a supplement sheet listing date of previous visits to the US, and I have listed at the top, mm/dd/yyyy and then went ahead and listed all my dates, as day/month/year!!!!! Now I'm stressed out. I hate looking back at things and finding mistakes! Is this going to cause a problem? Should I mail in an amended copy? or just bring it with me to the interview? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It does! It's the long form Certifed, I ordered it from the Ontario governement website, back in 2009 just to have a hard copy. So I'm hoping this is good enough for Montreal. Thank you!

i mailed in Packet 3 on August 7, I received my Packet 4 letter yesterday and booked my appointment, the earliest available was Oct 1

Just a little question. I had requested a Certified Long form birth certificate back in 2009. Can I still use that one? Or do I need to get a recently dated one. I'm interviewing in Montreal on October 1, 2012 Any info is greatly appreciated.

I received my Packet 3 letter via email on August 3, 2012. I'm currently working on the documents required to be sent back. It asks for DS-230 Part 1 only. Are we not supposed to complete the Part II sworn statement? or do we and send it on but not sign it. Also, I've read different things on the DS160 online confirmation. Some say Montreal requires it, others say its not required for K1. Any advice on these matter is greatly appreciated. Of if someone could post what they recently returned to Montreal and received Packet 4. I feel like I'm going around in circles, trying to sort this all out.

Did you complete and send in Part II of the DS-230 even thought it only asks for Part 1? And did you complete the DS160 online? I've been reading, some say yes do it, others say its not necessary. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What number does one call to find out if the file has been logged and Packet 3 Sent out?

NOA 2 was June 25 and NVC received our case yesterday, July 16 and assigned a case number.

We received our NOA1 February 17 and received the NOA2 June 25....should be any day now

Can anyone tell me what exactly happens now? I know it goes to NVC and then they forward it to Montreal. How will I know when it's been assigned a MTL #? and when I can send in Packet #3. Any insight would be supper helpful. Thank you!
