  1. Hi guys! My husband filed for my son... He is the USC.. If the I130 will be approved what's next? My son is 4 yrs. old he can't do some papers to sign, will the NVC still send the beneficiary some paper works to sign on ?.. Please guide me on this one..

And my mother will be the one to accompany him coming her in the U.S. but she still have to apply for tourist visa.. Is there possible way that they will schedule their interview together? If yes how? Coz for my son it is the NVC or embassy who will schedule it... Thank u....

  2. We filed I-130 Last year May 2012, until now we're still waiting for the approval...our second wedding anniversary is on February 16, so we loss hope about our case. Some friends told me that spouse visa takes longer to be approve than fiance visa...:(

Nope that's nit true... Spouse visa and fiance visa has same timeline... Call the uscis and ask what happened with your papers.. You need to follow up it all the time coz its way too long already..

  3. sooo this is the reason why everythng is delayed.. peak season strikes! people who got NOA2 starting april are now pending..this is not normal, i was approved march21 got my case no. march24.. aftr interview april 24 i was placed under AP/AR coz they need to verify something. maybe from NVC.. they havent issued my visa yet.. if nvc will move then my visa will come soon.. oh goodness!

  4. Hello Vjs my mom will have her interview this may..im so anxious coz i really wanna have her during my special day..Im her only child, she's a single mother and my son is with her now... My mom is 60yrs. old, works in avon as Sales leader earns P60,000-70,000/monthly ,she's also the General manager of COOP AVON Cagayan de oro so meaning w/out her approval and signatures for the coop's cheques means Loans will not be released... will those be considered as strong ties for her to get approved? Mom doesn't even want to stay long in USA coz the demand of work is huge.... will the embassy do background check? i hope they will do background check so they will really believe that she will really come back in the phil.

my other question is what other papers should she bring during her interview and oh my fiance will finance everything from plane ticket ,place to stay, food etc. Mom only wants to be in US for 1week coz she can't afford to keep her employees waiting for there salaries and she has goals to hit every month.... Yes,she's already a Senior Citizen but she's a workaholic.... will she be given an approval??... i pray and pray...
