Thanks everybody for the advice, so I just called to USCIS and the effectively said that first I need to apply for AOS and then if you want to work, travel or anything you need to ask for the respective permit, so I called and re scheduled the cruise to December but is really sad that you can go to the honeymoon when you have planned . I guess this is normal in such as complicated country like the USA.

I know, the think is that I moved in 2010, so I realy forget to change my address at my job , but of course I have the w2s and the taxes correctly, so I hope they dont have a problem for the different addresses.

I was checking my W2 of 2010 and 2011 and I see that I have my last address in both of them , but in the

1040s (taxes) I have the new one, we have the interview in 20 days .

Could I have any problem at the interview for that?

Keep calling NVC, after they confirm you that they receive your case. they are gonna tell you the new number that you are gonna use to make your appointment for the interview at your consulate.

Hi all , I am looking forward to our interview and I am confused with the affidavit of support of my k1 visa for fiancee.

I know that I have to meet the minimum require of the annual income from the poverty guideline , so for me and her is 18.912 which is fine for me because my income is some around 21.000 plus I have over 20.000k in my bank account,so my 2 questions are:

1. Am I gonna need to send something else?.

2 It says something about the household size , I leave in the same house with my parents and my older brother, but they do not depend from

me, Do I have to include them?.

I am stupid , i doble check and I am fine, which is me and my girlfriend is 18.932 dol, and I have more than that the mistake that I was making was that I add 5.000 dol because I did not read the instruction it said add 5.000 dol for aditional person . man I am ok now I think I am nervous

I understand, but if my income is 21.000 and I have the house value over 230.00 and 22.000 dol in my saving accounts is not enough?

My mother income is 17.000 dol , but I do not know if I just have to add that to my income or she needs to make over 23.000 dol , I am employee at Dominos pizza, but I also have a good amount of money in my saving account and I am co-owner of the house with my mother and my brother , the house is value over 230.000 dol.

Hello my friends , I am starting to organize all the documents that we are going to need at the interview and I noticed that my income in 2010 and 2011 was some around 21.000 dol , so based on that the minimun is 23.000 dol I do not have enough. is ok if my mother co-apply with me ? .

of course I follow the list of the requirements step by step and I send everything.

Thanks everyone, of course the last week when I called the lady put a service request to VSC telling them that I am citizen since may 4 2011 and not resident . now I am waiting to their response, but once again what really scares me is that they decide to start a new process which would so unfair based on all the time that I already have been waiting .

My process has been kind of tough, I send my aplication on July of 2011 since then, I have not recieve my NOA2, so finally last week after calling thousand times a lady told me that there was a mistake and I appear as a Resident on the application, now I am waiting what it is going to be the further action. I hope they are going to update my status to citizen which I originally stated when I send the 129f form , but you never now what are they going to do .

YES I have already call many times an put a request service,they said that before April 10 I have to get an answer on my case, but still too much time since I send my application, so I want to see what other resources I can use in order to be prepare .

Today we complete 8 months since reviving the NOA1 and we have not get the NOA2, for me this is just ridiculous because I see a lot of People that were after me and already have their interviews( which I am glad for them),but how longer do I gonna have to wait.

if somebody have the same problem and knows what to do please give me an advice.

Well you need to calm down , I have been waiting for 7 1/2 a half month and I understand.

I hope by this month I finally receive my NOA2.
