  1. Thanx all of you . I really appreciate. But one more question , if my aunt has no enough money to bear her traveling expenses then how can she satisfy the visa officer? Someone told us that she must show my sponsorship. Then the chance of getting visa will increase.

  2. Let me explain my situation first . My mom sponsored my grandmother 4 months ago .It was a immigration petition and I was co sponsor . Now my aunt wants to come here with her 3 kids to attend my sis's wedding ceremony . Now I have couple of questions .

1= Can I sponsor her for a temporary visit (Remember I was Co sponsor for I-130 4 months ago )?

2= Will I be able to sponsor my fiance after that ? will this sponsor affect my fiance sponsor or not ?

3= Plz tell me the exact time period to sponsor another person .

I am US Citizen, my annual income is around $36000 ,and I have almost $18000 in bank account .

  3. My sister is US.Citizen .She sponsored her cousin for visit and he came on B-2 visa .But after coming here her cousin applied for asylum .Now she is worried .What about her ? Will this put her in trouble ? Can she sponsor her fiance in future or not ? When she sponsor her fiance ,is it necessary to mention the sponsoring her cousin while her cousin got tourist visa ?

  4. Now I am confused too. Too many pronouns. We need a list of who is who.

If the mother is seeking to adjust based on the daughter being a USC, that may be difficult, and there are overstay issues to be considered. The sponsor part should not be an issue, as long as they find someone willing with sufficient income, hopefully a relative.

I mean my friend doesn't work ,but her daughter used to work at a bank and earn enough money .
