I was reissued the K1 visa before.
I have to resubmit all the forms and documents based on the K1 visa checklist again => I-134 Affidavit of Support, New Police Record and New Medical Report. Then schedule new interview date with US Embassy and pay the K1 visa fee again.
I would suggest you email the US Embassy immediately.

I agree with Gegel. Although it's disheartening to have to start over, I doubt he'll be denied this time around just because he had to leave the USA before marrying. Emergencies happen.

USCIS want to know that you have met within the last 2 years. Not that you have been in a relationship for 2 years. Photos are secondary evidence as the date is not verifiable. Primary evidence is boarding cards, passport stamps, evidence that you in the same place together. Credit card receipts for places in esch other's home towns. Or do you live together.

My gut is you will hear from the Embassy way too late -- get on that jet, and good luck!
