So,

Husband is your sponsor and he sent I-864EZ. Did he meet the guidelines for EZ form

Maybe he should have filled out I-864?

Then they rejected him but he makes over the poverty line?

Then you sent a joint sponsor?

Does the joint sponsor live in his home? He can use the 864a if they live together

I think I would make my husband fill out the I-864 and resend it. Do not use EZ form.

Is husbands income all from a regular job? Or is it self employment or assets?

when we got notice for joint sponser ,than my husband send i-864 form along with the joint sponser's form.

my father in law is the joint sponser and my mother in law is the household member and they all lives in same house.

but my husband is employed and self dependent but my in laws are self employed with joint income.

Are you having the petitioner fill out at I-864 and the joint sponser fill out I-864?

I am not sure but it sounds like I-864A is not the form they want

i had my interview on 23rd january 2012,my husband sponsered me with sufficient income more than poverty guide line but they gave me 221g white form at the end of interview,on which they required joint sponser to fill i-864 and joint sponser's household member i- 864A.we had submitted all documents at vfs office with passport but after 7 days i got back my passport and another 221g form in which they asked for another joint sponser WITH I-864 and household member's i864A.WHAT TO DO NOW ,MY PROBLEM IS MY FIRST JOINT SPONSER HAS THE INCOME OF 190,000$THAT IS MOREEE THAN THE GUIDE LINE BUT NOW IF I SUBMITTED PAPERS FROM ANOTHER JOINT SPONSER THAN WHAT IS THE GURANTEE THEY WILL GIVE ME VISA.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE COUNTING INCOME,PLEASE HELP ME.I WANT TO BE WITH MY HUSBAND ASAP.
