So our paperwork left the NVC on the 23rd. I wrote ConsulMo@state.gov to find out if they received our paperwork yet and they said today they did not. At this point we've waited 2 and 1/2 weeks and average VJ time lines state about 4-7 days for this transfer. Then it's another week to get the paperwork to the beneficiary (Her) Am I missing something here? I do know that Moscow doesn't do 2 packets (3 & 4); they only do 1. Should I be more patient here before she receives her packet? Anyone know the ETA on when that should arrive?
