I was reading your response to a question about getting a social security number and card. You said he traveled back to Egypt after about a month being here in the states. Did he already have his Advance Parole approved in order to get back in the states? If not, did he have any trouble getting back into the states? Also to get the green card did he apply for it separately or at time of entry?

Visa approved. No AP, thank goodness. No additional documents required - just need a renewal on some of his medical. Will receive visa in about two months.

I just read your update - your K1 was denied. I am in the process now of preparing the Packet 3 for my fiance who is also Egyptian and would like to know, if you would be so kind, why it was denied and not put on Admin Review if more information is needed. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi - I see that you received your NOA2 the same day we did. Our RFE was 1) a more official birth certificate than my hospital birth certificate, and 2) more proof that we had physically met within the last 2 years. What was your RFE for? Good luck.

I see that your fiance is from Egypt-mine is also, and we are following a similar timeline. Our application is being processed in Vermont. I just received a notification that I have a RFE being mailed to me. I see that you also have had a RFE. Please, can you give me any information of what information was requested from you?
