Packet 3 will be send out by US embassy to your fiance ( US citizen ) email, told him to forwarding the email asap after he gets it The only step that 'involved us' personally with US embassy is when we respond back this packet 3 for asking Interview date.

One thing is for shure, if we even go today we wot be showing up early. As close to exactly on time seems a better idea. The sooner they let us in the gates the better.

I was trapped about 30 minutes around that protest but thank God I walked out safe. I was going to pick up my visa/passport, as it printed on my card slip Sept 17 but I have no idea that they will had it on afternoon time.

I check US embassy website from the link by Dandk it says they had demonstration on Medan consulate sept 18 so I called and went again on the next day. Everything seemed fine and safe, finally I got my visa.

I just called Dr. Punjabi's office to ask if we can pay by credit card or should I bring cash. They said must be cash and that it will cost only 600k. I asked "itu semua, sekalian?" and she said yes. So we'll see.

I am not sure if it only cost you 600000 thousand Rupiah. But then correct me if I am wrong, Varicella is one of the most required vaccines from US Embassy. and actually that vaccine is the expensive one compare to other vaccines. So i assumed the officer of Dr. Punjabi think you only have Medical Check up not requiring vaccines.

So I think you should prepare more money for this.

Also in Medikaloka they accept Credit/Debit card and Cash. perhaps, you can ask the Doctor whether you can choose which one vaccines that you want. Good luck

Hi furble only slightly information.

I had my medical check up done today at Medikaloka with Dr. Hendrik Wiraatmaja. A nice calm quiet person. He said that vaccines are given based on my age which is 30 years old. I got 4 shots at one time. I paid Rp. 1.563.000. All check up done in one hour.

However, when I asked how long I have to wait for the results. They couldn't gave me a satisfy answer.

Told me to wait max 7 days.

According to some indo fellow results came out in 3 to 5 days.

WE ARE APPPPPROVEEEEEEDDDDD TODAY!!!! welll yesterday, they sent the email today though!!! FINALLY AFTER GETTING A RFE AND EVERYTHING!!! I hope everyone gets approved this week so we can talk about NVC together!!!!!

There is no NVC thread for K-1 visa filers, since they pretty much don't do anything regarding our cases at NVC. They are just like a portal. They get the approved cases from USCIS, sort them and send them to the consulates. If you want to know the status of your case, you just have to call NVC everyday. They will tell you once they send your application to the consulate. After that you can track your package on DHL website to see when the embassy receives your application (NVC won't give you a tracking code, you have to find it yourself use this thread : NVC to Embassy )

Hang in there, the NVC stage should take only a few days

We just got our case number in 13 days since NOA2. Now, what we gonna do next? Wait again? or do a package tracking like a thread in NVC forum ? (If anybody read/know about this.)

I have a question about submitting relationship proof. From where do we start? When we first started talking until this day? Or from when we filed I-129 ?

Maybe you can try to choose some of your chat or email logs between your NOA1 time to NOA2 and or closer date to your interview . If you do skype and have recent snapshots pictures that would fine too. Recents phone records or text are count as well.

I guess the point is showing that you still have ongoing relationship (since you met, during this I129F process until now).

Ahhh this is a hit or miss... It really depends on how your embassy looks at your case for your I-129F... AOS I have no idea about, but I am sure someone can help you out!

For those of you wondering, CSC has really sped up their time to NVC... Mine was received and case # assigned in 2 weeks total. I hope the approvals start coming from VSC soon!! Stick in there guys!!

If they really do speed up, I will be expecting sooner interview well at least by end of August.. yet if I am lucky. I just hope they don't randomly pick up our case and send out to NVC

Oh wow I never knew about this. A bogus RFE or NOA2 to reset their clock? and it only happen on CSC?

Hello! We got our NOA2 on July 12th still no case number yet. I have a lot of questions on my mind right now and one of them is my fiance income are only few hundred dollars above poverty line ( total gross income) do you think it will be a problem later at US embassy when I show them the I134 affidavit support and when do AOS ?

Lol I wish I can do that too for CSC or NVC. My fiance contacted NVC yesterday but our case has not been entered into the system yet. They told him to wait 3 or 4 days due to the overwhelming volume of applicants. Nothing else to do than waiting again... sigh

24 days(15 business days) from NOA2 text&e-mail until case number verbally given to me by NVC. And I called everyday..

Ouch! 24 days after NOA2?? So I guess I get mine probably on mid of August . And that still not including days they checking our case before they send out to US embassy?

Just called NVC and received our case number. So the 20 business days after your in the NVC system was inaccurate for us. In the system July 9th, calling everyday finally was told on the 13th that our case was in the system on July 9th. Case number on the 16th.

So you got your case number in 17 days? Well at least not above 25 days. But congrats anyway

Our package was sent out of the NVC on Friday, and I am tracking it on DHL right now. My fiancee is taking our packet 3 into the Moldovan embassy this Wednesday. As soon as she can schedule the medical exam/interview, I am booking her flight here.

Scott, how long since you got case number from NVC and they sent your case to the US embassy?

my thoughts to you is to call everyday after your NOA2. I did wait a couple days and then started calling everyday. As long as you were approved it's in process, doesn't matter about the hard copy. I never received tbe NOA1 hard copy, it happens. Good luck on a fast case number..

Is that the number you called everyday? If so.. then I tell my fiance to do on his Monday.

Okay this might be a silly question but um pretty confusing for me, since I already got my NOA2 (notification by email) but no hard copy yet. Should I wait 15 business days after my fiance receive the hard copy to call NVC or just call them once he get it?

Must be a budget cut CSC probably letting it stack up till they fill a truck up before sending them. Its cheaper for them.

Lol probably they feel too tired and wasting times to work back and forth to send one by one ..or logically dozens to hundreds after the application has been approved. I wonder, what truck are they using to send out our applications to NVC? Haha

Your fear is true! I think CSC employees must be so happy about being faster than VSC that they have totally forgotten about sending the approved petitions to NVC the average now is above 25

The weirdest thing is my fiance (petitioner) still get no text or email notification from USCIS, though he included the notification form along with our application. Luckily I have account on USCIS and marked option for send me alert on my email. That is where I found out we are approved.

But let me enjoy this happiness of approval first then be stress out later

I checked my email this morning, well just couple minutes ago.. and USCIS send me notification of our application has been approved on July 12th woohooo!!

We have the same noa1 date, so I guess yours will coming right away
