My wife has interview at mumbai consulate,India and in interview letter they didnt mentioned when could be biometric(finger print) done.

She is going for immigrant visa (Spouse of Green Card Holder).My question is biometric is same day or day before actual interview for immigrant visa in mumbai consulate?.

As i paid IV bill 2 days back and yet it shows in Process....how long after iv bill DS260 open up.?

Mine still did not appear.invoice was received in Mail on Friday but till Wednesday night no update

I had same issue for Aos invoice bill.have to call me escalate to supervisor.

I am from India and GC holder.

What docs i need to sent and what my wife has to sent to NVC.

I paid AOS fee of 120 dollars and they have sent checklist but not all applys to us.My wife is not working and in india...so what are docs petitioner has to submitt and what applicant(my wife)?

Also do we have to send seperate..or i have been Choice of Agent so i need to ask from her and i need to combine all and submitt.

If someone can post docs from petitioner and docs required from applicant need to sent to nvc would be g8 help.

Also if anyone is residing in Surat..City in India and how to get PCC will be also appreciated..thanks in advance..

How much is fees once case is approved till we get visa.My pd is 19 Feb 2014.I got RFE about G325 and replied.I was curious after paying 420 $ for I-130 how much more need to pay.

I got official letter of RFE. They were asking G325 form for me and my wife.Also they sent copy of I-130,mentioning to place N/A where it is not applicable.They marked with marker place of prior husband or wife which is N/A for me and my wife and i left it blank.Also they asked me to sign again on that copy of i-130 after i do edit of N/A where ever applicable.

I am sending it today....but not sure how long now they will take to process.

if it's a G325 than its really not that big of deal, just get it ready and send it back to them as soon as possible.

I've read it usually take BTW week or two, sometimes less than that.

in my case I forgot the bona fide package which I didn't even know that I should include, so I did my best to collect all the evidence I can and I sent it back to them.

But what is bonafide package as i didnt include that too..oh guass.....do we have to submit thisis ???lol

I check online for my case update and saw that they have issued RFE in my case.I will get by end of next week what is that RFE is for.

I wanted to know how much time it takes them to process on our case once we responds to RFE .I am sure i forgot G325 form for me and wife.

I have just submitted I-130 with marriage certificates.Do i have to submitt anything else beyond I-130 and G325 form.

I also received transfer notice...it went to california...service center....

I guess this time 1st september would be cutoff.

Someone with September cutoff dates should have got it by now.As they sent interview letter at once so atleast someone should have reported by now.So 4 week movement for this month

My PD is 18 Feb 2014 and Country India,I didnt receive transfer mail but i checked USCIS case status and it showed it is transferred on 24 March 2015.

Our case is handled by a lawyer however, every time I call her and ask her the progress of our petition, the answer I always get is we are within the processing time and even when I challenge her by saying the VB is advancing, she always replies that there is nothing she can do apart from waiting until our petitions has passed the normal processing time. Therefore, I gave up asking her any questions because I get more answer from Visa Journey forums than our lawyer. She is useless and my husband always gets annoyed that why we did not file the petitions by ourselves. I also agree with @Appel21 suggestion because if we all contact our congress representatives we can see a change soon because they will put pressure on the service centre. Here in Britain if anyone contacts their local MP (Member of Parliament) they can get an answer really quick because they have a power to pressure things. @Appel21 can you please share the link to find the details of congressman? Many thanks in advance.

Guys file your case at below location to escalte case pending with USCIS.It is agency above USCIS...check why it was form and purpose of this agency.It will definatly resolve your issue.

You shall receive RFE...once they are reviewing your application. However, the PD shall remain the same.

What if i send it now..still i will get RFE or will it be ok.

I am in same boat...My Wife PD is 18 Feb2014 and filled in Vermont service center and it is stuck to September 2013.It is not acceptable for last few months its same priority date,....

I called USCIS and same answer..processing dates before 30 September 2013...but how long they are going to give same answer..i am calling from last few months and same old answer..

There is no way to escalate issue????????????????.I guess they are not serious about whats going on ...

also i forgot to sent G325 form along with I-130 ...for me and my wife ,so how shall i update that with my current application and will they consider same old priority date.

It will be 15 April 2013.It would be surprising if it moves 1 May 2013 or even 22 April 2013

They are slowing down the whole thing to make every visa applicant pay the extra fees. This is a rip off!

It will move now 3 weeks to 4 week from now for next 1 year...thats trend after retrogession and when forwad movement starts.It would be surprising month if it moves more than 5 week any time soon....

Our PD is Nov 25,2013 and haven't heard anything from VSC while other service center are processing I-130 within 2-3 months.

Mine is Feb2014 and i called them ...but they said they are processing for month of september so call after 4 to 5 months.It already 8 months passed and 4 to 5 months will take 1 year pass to get NOA2(Case No)/But given fact my PD will take still 11 to 12 months to become current i guess its ok not to rush for it.

Nope. Your assumption is totally wrong. It will move for sure. Bcz NVC rep told that they are working on Feb PDs. It means that movement is there. Otherwise,according to last VB,its 1 Feb means other PDs of Feb are not eligible but its not so for Nov. Keep hope alive

Yes for sure 1 st march2013 to 8th March 2013.within week will get to know.

Mine PD for F2A is 19 Feb 2014 and I havent got Case no yet.I called USCIS and they told they are processing for September 2013 Month cases so will take atleast 6 months to get your case.So its already 8 months passed and plus 6 months so 14 months to get case no...But given fact from VB movemen it will take 20 months from date of fillling to be current ...it doesnt make too much sense to rush for it.

You should have receive letter by now or on monday if cuttoff date is 8 march.

I have been similar situation of waiting game when i was petitioned for F1. Now after getting married i have filled for my wife under F2A(Feb 2014) .

Some time NVC schedules late interview.Generally with forwad movement after retrogession it would be consistant 3 weeks to 6 weeks movement i have seen in last 3 year.New quota of visa starts in october so its unlikely to get used up so no way there will be no movement.

Be patient my inner hunch says it will be 1st march or 8 march.

If your PD is 5th march definatly ask your mum to call ..if Cuttoff date will be 8 march you would be or need to wait 1 more month.Anybody PD in Feb and havent received letter than its concern.....

I guess now they know actuall demand and allotment of visa we would not see big Swing in PD movement.It would be generally between 3 to 6 week steady movement.I guess once we approach september 2013 in PD it will slow down as application seems to be more during that time frame.

Anybody in march 2013 got I/L.My prediction for this month is 1 march 2013 or 8 March 2013.

Also i had question home many months before your file going to be current NVC sent AOS bill pay notification

PD:18 Feb 2014...

Case is not approved yet as still processing september 1-130.
