  1. Congratulations!!! kicking.gifkicking.gif

I was just looking at your Timeline and I noticed that you may have made a mistake when entering the filing date. It says you file on March 2011.. I'm assuming you filed on March 2012? It says that your approval took +400 days since your NOA1. Consider updating that information, as everything counts in the datapool to calculate all of the Timelines good.gif

Actually march 2011 is right!!! 1 year and 4 months!

  2. Hello everyone!

We have receved a RFE in march, we have sent all documents the Usics had needed, and in July my fiancè has receved a latter from Whasinton DC where, after three pages, the say "The motion is granted. The AAO's march 12 2012 decision is withdraw and the petition in approved". Is a good news, I think!!! But now, how many time I need wait before the Naples Embassy send me a letter for start my process's part?

Thank you for answer me! :)

  3. Ooooh yeah, you forgot lots of things in your original package! Too bad you didn't know VJ when you filed (or read carefully the USCIS instructions), there is a great package checklist here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Have you replied to it yet? Do it carefully, use VJ, there's lots of great informations. For the letter of intent for example, you have a template you can use in the "Example forms" tab. If you have difficulty filling the G-325A forms, there's also some examples there.

Yes! I agree with you! I have found VJ too late! :bonk:

This time I used all informations in VJ and now I hope is all right!

    Thank you!

  4. I just read your past posts. What did you forget to include the first time? this time?

If you send all the correct documents they want, it can be approved in a few weeks. Sometimes it takes longer (few months).

Thank you for your answer :) sooo...you say "depend"!

First time the letter said they need more evidence about our relationship.

Second time (after 7 months) they said exactly what they need: (1) evidence that the petitioner and the beneficiary personally met one another during the two-year period preceding the filing of the petition (again!!!! ) ; (2) original statements from both the petitioner and the beneficiary regarding their relationship and intent to marry one another; (3) two Forms G-325A, Biographic Information: one executed by the petitioner, and one executed by the beneficiary; and (4) four passport-style color photographs: two of the petitioner, and two of the beneficiary.

Now I hope we do all correct!!! :hehe:

  5. You just sent your I-129F petition? Did you send it to the Texas lockbox address that is listed on the I-129F? Not sure what you mean by AAO

(Sorry for my english!!!!) One year ago (15th march 2011) my fiancè send the documents for start the process about our fiancè visa. After 4 months (in July 2011) the usics send a denied because in they need other document. He sent again all documents and after 4 month (5th dicember 2011) he recived another letter. This last letter says that our Petition Fiancè is sent in Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) for review. And now we are waiting the decision, but we don't know how many time we need wait! Do you know somthing about this?

    Thank you! :)

  6. Hello everybody!

Somebody knows how may time I need wait after this comunication?

    Post Decision Activity

On December 5, 2011, we sent this case to the Administrative Appeals Office for review. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I'm very frustraded because are passed over 2 months and we don't know nothing!

    Thank you
