Above all we r putting our trust in God to c us through n eventually we be together. Saw u got ua visa n she is flying tomorrow, bon voyage n God's mercies to her. What's happening csc hasn't sent our petition to NVC? 7 wks now, I pray it happens soonest ...

hi, I c we were approved on the same date n our cases have not been received at NVC, have u tried contacting NVC abt it? The waiting is frustrating. Kindly let me know when they receive ua case from csc.

when we received the NOA2 for our i 130 it said we wait for 30 days for them to respond on the next step. will they send us a snail mail or they will send us an email of the next steps..

we had also filed i 129f and today they have sent us a RFE for us to send additional passport photos, we are wondering whether to respond to the 129f RFE yet the i 130 has already been approved and sent to NVC.

What should we do?

hi congrats on ua progress together with Ndungu, now i have a quick qtn for both of u:when u get the no2 and it said NVC will send us an update within 30 days if not we call, the qtn is how will they communicate the case number to us-mail or email? coz they don't have our email address. as for the beneficiary who is me, will they sent the ds3032 via mail or what happens.. thanks for ua res...
