If I were you, I would email the embassy immediately and let them know your wife and daughters medical was submitted and ask for a status update to make sure they received the medical. Good luck!

Hi Ashraf, usually the Embassy calls with in 1 week after the submission on the new medical. But my husband's case was a little different because the Embassy lost his medical and every time I inquired they told me they don't have his medical when in fact they did have it!! I went back and forth with the Embassy and the medical office several times so it took a month for them to ...

I got no updates. I just called DOS on a regular basis and emailed the embassy once a month, but the answer was always the same. The Embassy called him for a re-medical once his AP was over.

Its been 5 months and still no Date for AOS interview...Ughhh I feel like I am back on boat just waiting and waiting.....

His EAD came today!!! YEY!!! ALhumdulillah another step forward. Still waiting for the AOS interview date....
