I did my medicals as soon as we got the Case number from the NVC so my interview was like a month later and there was no issues.Keep in mind in SA the doctor sends the results directly to the embassy
From what i heard they do not post that in South Africa because there is no guarantee it will reach you. After waiting for like 2 months we decided to contact them and schedule the interview
