1- when you know from AVR that your case was forward to embassy ( mm/dd/yyyy) lets take an example case forward to embassy March 20th 2009 2- go to DHL TRACK 3- then under track list click on track reference 4- put the reference in this shape EXP19MAR2009A and push track now we seen its completed in 2oth but we searched in 19th yes because they schedule shipping day before so DHL know in advance when they will ship it so day before will be your exact day for NVC shipping your case to your...

about 17 days from when they get the AOS packet you will get a email talking about sending in the IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1: or DS-230 ( you sent that with the IV packet) dont worry about it....... its a good sign, it is there way of saying the AOS packet is complete....

just payed the IV packet, have the packet all ready to go for the mail once it says paid. almost to the medical part now. just need to wait for them to send her the later so she can go

just to let you know i got may case number from the nvc and got the IIN. it took about 30 day, had to call them like every two day

The full name and date of birth of the principal applicant

if your still in the sates i would go head and just change your name, while your here. if your in the philippines. i know you would have to wait in long lines just to change your name. but your divorce papers will say if you need to change your surname. and always keep a copy of the divorce papers close by your going to need them more then once.
