and enter your MNL Case number in the " eTrace your Packages" textbox.

St. Luke's Extension Clinic (SLEC) is open from Monday to Friday (except on Philippine holidays) from 6:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on a first come -first served basis (no appointment is needed). We are located at 1177 J. Bocobo St. Ermita, Manila.
The following are needed during the medical examination:
Valid passport
Photocopy of Passport Biographic/Data Page, the page in the passport that contains the applicant’s photo and information
Appointment letter or Instruction Letter from the US Embassy
Four (4) pieces of 2x2 visa photos
Old chest x-ray film taken 3 months ago or longer (if available)
Immunization record (if available)
The cost of the medical examination is $223 for ages 15 and above and $185 for ages 14 and below. These fees must be paid in Philippine peso at the prevailing exchange rate at the U.S. Embassy. Today's exchange rate is pegged at P 43.00 per dollar. Credit cards and cheque are not acceptable for payments. also there is now a online registration (is optional, but saves time) http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

from what i understand the Immigrant Data Summary is just the information that is on the outside of the yellow folder that she cant open. just take a few photocopy of it like 5, ive read they want like 3 of them and if they have to make the copies they are going to charge you more then you would like.

im doing my visa with philippines embassy. i just got my NOA2 on 31 may 2012. i have yet to get my NVC case number. the NVC told me it can take up to 15 business days for them to get my packet from the USCIS. i hope that helps you with the the time frame from getting the NOA2 approval notice and the NVC case number. as far as any thing else i dont know how things work where you are. and also remember ever case is different. so yours could move faster or slower then other peoples that are doing it in the same place you are.....

your divorce papers tell you if you have to change your surname back. but i think its up to you if you want to keep your surname. your divorce papers will be your proof of divorce, so always keep a copy close by till you are finished with the whole processes.

Do any one have any Dr friends that can help my friend get a DNA test for the NSO Certificating of Birth? and the Dr. can do it fast he is only going to be in the philippines for the birth of his first child and needs that paper work to take back to the states so he can make sure his family is take care of by the army. any help will do, salamat. Kuya & ate!!!!!!!!
