After a month of waiting for the documents to go through NVC my fiance called them, and they told him, they haven't got our petition yet, and later that same day he got a letter from them, saying our case is sent to the Embassy in Sofia, so I know it's hard to wait, but the interwiew is comming sooner than you think, may be! Just wait a little bit more

Me too, but my first POE to the US will most likely be LA or Honolulu, depending on what flight I take. Coming from Australia there are no direct flights into Anchorage.

Yes, it is a direct flight from Frankfurt(Germany) to Anchorage... and I haven't seen anyone here saing anyting about entering there, so I'm a little bit worried! but I'll share the experience soon

I don't think so! As much as I remember, my boyfriend signed his in blue too! no problem at all!

I know how it feels to check the USCIS web site like 10 times a day, but I can tell you, you can't ever really imagine how it feels, before you really see the other circle saing "Decision". It takes your breath! I wish you all to feel this emotoion soon! You'll see, you'll actualy miss checking the USCIS web site afterwords good luck!

our documents are at CSC, but we got NOA1 on 3 Feb and still nothing...I'm cheking the USCIS website 5 times a day now! It feels like it will never change to Decision

I know its way to early for me to be worried in this long process, but I sent out our I-129F on May 21st and still have not received an email/txt notification about an NOA1. The package was confirmed received at the Dallas Lockbox on May 23rd via USPS. I've noticed others who sent our I-129F on May 23rd and have already received an email and/or txt.

I created an account on the USCIS website, but its asking for a receipt number, which obviously I don't yet have.

My fiance sent the pack to the Dallas Lockbox last week Tuesday 31st Jan as per the instructions... but now im seeing on the website that the last process time for Texas of the I-129f was back in 2010 Should she have sent it to California? if so, how can she get the pack back asap to resend to Cali ? Thanks for any help...

don't worry! after we have sent ours to the Dallas lock box on the 27th of January, we got a e-mail that it is foworded to the Cali Cervice Center! and we also got the paper copy already
