    ...NVC has already forwarded our case to the US embassy electronically that's why we were already able to schedule the interview.

    Btw, after scheduling the interview online, I called NVC and they haven't sent our case (hardcopy) to USEM yet... that's why I think our case was just forwarded to USEM electronically. I hope this helps. :)
