      yes it would be.. a friend of mine said to track your days started on 135 days then thats the time they usually have updates for your noa2.. mine was around February.. yikes!

      Post this on a forum for people to see so you can get the help you need. :-) And other people who have the same question might get a lot of info from it.

      Filing location is Texas lockbox but on our letters of intent we just put:

      united states department of homeland security

      us citizenship and immigration service

      And we didn't get an RFE or anything, I really don't think it's very important. Good luck!
