ukiegrl, the whole NVC took aprox 40 days, After case completed then 10 days for the interview date. At first they gave me date for end of Nov but i emailed the embassy requesting an earlier date and im having my apt on 1st Nov. Ill post my experience after the interview. Good luck on your journey.
