So I got an rfe for my i765 and my cosponsor bailed because DIDDNT make 125% above the limit. I got a new cosponsor and mailed out new i864 and required docs.

The question is... Is this new information going to be relayed out to my i485 ?

Ok. I will send him the rfe and tell him what to do ill get his wife to do the 864a anyways just in case.. No she does not work. And he DIDDNT check the box on 11.

Ok I will figure out the tax teturn issue. He is married and they did file jointly. ( I DIDDNT think that made a difference? What do I have to do about it?)

No pays stubs or w2s as he is self employed. What evidence can he provide when self employed?

He did not enter anyone in part 6 and did not check 11

And as stated before the income is well above the requirement....

I just received an rfe all for my joint sponsors info... And I'm confused!!

It says the joint sponsor must submit all supporting tax documentation... W2s 1099s etc... ( he submitted his 1040)

Next on the list it says joint sponsor indicated that a qualifying household members income will be used so he can meet 125% ( untrue nowhere on his i864 does it say this as he is well above the 125%) and he needs to submit another form from that apparent household member

Third of all it says that the joint sponsor does not meet the 125% ( untrue he is well above it....)

This makes no sense to me... What do I do?

So I'm planning on POE in 2 weeks, I just OFFICIALLY put the car in my name, I have contacted GM for a compliance letter and it is on its way. What else do I have to do??? Is it going to be a problem that the car has just recently been put into my name??

finally after a year my interview went great and K1 visa was APPROVED TODAY!!! much love to everyone i met out at the embassy today hope you were all approved too!!

im just a bit nervous because i dont have alot of documents to prove ongoing relationship or whatever. (i have skype logs and phone records, screenshots of our facebooks saying were engaged).... but our daughters birth certificate should be enough to prove our relationship is legit!!! LOL...

what other kind of proof of ongoing relationship should i get? will the skype/phone calls be enough? i have skype logs + screenshots??

he dosnt have a bank account currently. he will be giving me his paystubs and tax transcripts. i also have a cosponsor. and he IS dealing with the HR department and they did provide him with a letter initially, but it wasnt on company letterhead and did not provide all information needed. so he went to his boss and thats who said he doesnt care and hes not there to write him a letter.

im just getting everything together for my visa interview and im hoping that the lack of this employment letter wont be a major deal. im not sure whats going to happen i feel like this is a big deal if this document is not aquired.

my fiance's (us petitioner) work is refusing to give him a letter of employment. stating that they dont care about his problems and they dont have to give him the letter. im not sure what to do at this point. they gave him a letter before but it was not on company (UPS) letterhead so he asked them to put it on the UPS letterhead and now it is a big problem. im not sure what to do from here. what can we do about this situation??

my daughter has dual citizenship and WILL BE entering the us with me at the POE. on all forms i have put NONE to questions like who will be immigrating with you?

but on the ds 160 it asks, who will be travelling with you? technically she will be travelling with me, so do i put yes she is travelling with me? or no she is not?

My sister is going through a divorce and has 2 of her own kids so I'm there a lot of the time babysitting my nephews and she also watches my daughter for me while I am in school... She also has free US long distance so I make most of my phone calls there and when at my moms I generally use Skype..

So I will be providing my Skype logs also..

i have basically been basically staying with my sister since after our NOA1. i havnt changed any government documents (licence, passport w/e) to this address.. the address i have given on the USCIS is still good it is my mothers house and technically still my residence.

the only thing im wondering about is, since i have spent most of my time at my sisters house, all phone calls (im the beneficiary BTW) to my fiance are from her home phone, will this cause a problem if i use it for evidence of ongoing relationship? (if my home address is different????)

or should i change my address so the supporting documentation matches the address? and if i do that do i need to change it on all my government issued IDs?

The canadian (me) has changed address. ok that sounds great! we will try change of address with NVC when we get through to them about the MTL# if not will email the consulate. i just want to make sure they get my change of address before interview so i dont confuse them with paperwork from another address!!

we have already recieved our NOA2 and our file is now on its way to NVC... does that make a difference? or could i still do that on the USCIS site?

I moved soon after the I129f application and my old address ( mothers house) is still ok to send to so I havnt informed anyone of my new address.. Until now I realize it may be a small problem because a lot of my evidence of ongoing relationship is phone calls from my new address....

Would it be acceptable now to inform them of the new address on the DS forms??? Without a call. Not sure....

So Question 29 asks for names of all children so obviously she will be included there

Then question 31a asks who will accompany me to the US... I can just say N/A ??
