I send my AOS papers last February 15, 2013 have my Biometric march 22 and every time I check my case in USCIS website it's always say "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283." and my husband called it's the same status my case can not be found..Any one experience like this..please need your comments and input about this..I really appreciate all your reply...God Bless Always

They start at 8 a.m until 5 p.m monday to friday. You need to be there early. In the morning is for registration 8 a.m to 12 noon and in the afternoon they start at 2 for the seminar and one on one interview.

Maybe your friend really need another medical here. My POE was Detroit and I'm under 2 months sputum culture also but I never receive any yellow paper during my Point of Entry. So don't worry if they didn't give you some paper for going medical again meaning your okay.

Hi Rahstyles I'm from Negros also my place two hours travel going to Dumaguete....i went to cebu before to do my CFO Seminar and it's my first time to go there alone. I stay in Hotel that's near in CFO it's walking distance only ( 5 minutes walk from the hotel) the hotel is cheap. Here's the hotel name and address (Sampaguita Suites-Plaza Garcia) Plaza Garcia Building/ Magallanes St., Cebu City, Philippines. I do bus ride from my place early in the morning "BAYAWAN CITY" to CEBU via Bato, we stop in Dumaguete Bus Terminal to pick up some passenger, we stop Sibulan ride the boat to Bato Cebu (30 minutes only) from Bato Cebu to the main city 5 hour's trip from the Bus Terminal in Cebu city I ride Taxi going to the Hotel. If your fiancee gonna bring your daughter she need someone to go with her to assist during the seminar in CFO for your baby. Good Luck and this will help you.

You can apply your EAD and I-131 application with your AOS even you haven't SSN bcoz there's some state that need your GC before you can apply SSN..EAD and I-131 are free if you file that together with your AOS.

Hello RyRo I think it's ok to get SSN card using the family name of your husband even you haven't green card yet just bring your marriage certificate and passport in SS Office. I get my SSN card using the family name of my husband we go in SS Office the day after our married and we haven't problem in applying.

Hello raven52 sorry to hear about your fiancee medical exam in st. lukes. I know how you feel right now bcoz I'm was in that situation before kinda frustrating but we can't do anything if the doctor say need to have sputum. First you need to cancel your fiancee interview. Second, you need to be positive bcoz the doctor in st. lukes same to find something suspicious in the x-ray on a regular bases, almost as if they have some sort of quota to fill. Don't feel down bcoz 99% chance she will be ok. Just hang in there 2 months pass pretty quick. God Bless and Good Luck.

Hello VJ'ers, How's everybody today? I know it's been a while since my last post I kinda busy adjusting my self in cold weather here in florida plus the holiday season. I need you help hope someone can give me ideas. I enter in U.S using K1 Visa last November 2012 and we get married december 2012 and we applied my SSN Card the day after our court wedding using my husband last name. Want to apply State ID card with married name but the requirement's of the driver license office was USCIS paper's need to be updated with married name. Should we wait tell after AOS before I applied State ID with married? I really need your help guy's and I really appreciate it's.

My Husband bought my ticket online in delta airline and I haven't problem during my flight. He didn't send he's cc copy and dl he just go in nearest delta desk in the airport near he's home so they could make a note in the computer for the reservation that the cc was verify. My flight was from manila to atlanta with the layover in Nagoya Japan and transfer to a domestic flight in detriot (POE).

Hello Josteve dont worry about your Piont of Entry in Detriot bcoz it's easy and quick. My experience for my POE in detriot last month was great I haven't problem at all. When I get off from the plane I follow everybody and walk fast to make sure I'll arrive in the counter with not alot of people bcoz of my time for the next flight was short. So when my time already for the officer interview I feel so excited bcoz I'm thinking that in a couple of hour I can see my honey. The Immigration Officer who interviewed me was nice. He just ask me a few question like. What the purpose of my travel? Get my passportand Ask my packet from U.S Embassy ( Yellow Envelope)he can look all the details. Ask my address here in U.S where I stay. I wait 2 minutes bcoz he go inside the cubicle and when he come back he said all is fine and say welcome to the U.S. He call other Immigration Officer to stamp my passport, staple my I-94 and write when my 90 days expired and return my passport. I haven't any problem bcoz all the bag i bring was chick-in only the carry on bag with me are small that fit the yellow packet and some of my personal things. I'm sure you'll be ok. The day of my departure I saw a CFO lady in NAIA terminal 1 near the counter where we pay travel tax. That was so early in the morning around 3:30 a.m but around 4 she gone. It's better you go back in CFO office where you do your seminar to make sure you get the sticker. It's better safe than sorry
