saw you post in the April 2012 bulletin thread - if you are filing for IR1/CR1 for your wife - then you dont have a PD anymore - as a USC (if thats what you are) a visa is supposed to be made available for you - and the NVC should have assigned you a case# - have they not done that? are you a USC?

...watching other I-130's get their NOA2 and am sincerely happy for them on this Valentines day. It is tough to be happy for others when you just want to see some happiness also.

i agree with you about the injustice of being a LPR vs those that are H1B etc - seems like we do get punished per se for being LPRs
