Visa APROVADA glory to God!!!! We were the last ones there but the final result was amazing!!!! I will post my experience later on.....time for me to celebrate my approval!!!!!!

On April 10 we mailed u a notice REAFFIRMING the approval of your case!!!!!!! Glory be to God in the highest!!!! So I was right...my bday present was delayed.. : )

just got the letter.....and it says "Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action within 45 days." I really hope they dont make me wait that long....as if i havent waited long enuf already. Dios en ti confio y pongo esto

I'm thankful I hired Marc Ellis from the beginning he has guided me in a very good and clear way, I'm still working on getting everything together nd hopefully my respond to the noir will be sent back by the end of this week.

on a brighter note.....i am soooooo happy my first marriage is finally anulled!!! my hubby n i are arranging to get married through the church in DR!!!! im so exited!!! anyone know places for weddings in santiago or in la vega??

235 days since USCIS in CSC received my case after being denied and 1 yr and 3 months since interview and I still dont have a response. Am I deperate, pissed off, going insane? Internally yes but I know that nothing goes by without passing through THE MAN...God. Dios es grande y maravilloso pero sobre todo un buen padre y un buen padre busca lo mejor para sus hijos...soooo el sabe (aunke no lo entienda) el porke esta permitiendo esto.

i dont even like to think about this process anymore...a year ago this same time i was full of hope my heart was so estatic waiting for my husbands interview...waiting for the moment that him and i have been waiting for since i was 12 and he was 15...it hurts so much to watch your dreams be destroyed like that, i didnt think things would turn out like this..

this just gets better....now i check the status of my case online (as i do everday) and it says that my petition was processed and mailed to the address on record as of May 1st. Jesus Christ!!!!!!

OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!!! Another email from CSC saying I will get a response within 120 days!!!!! WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!! I am about to EXPLODE!!!!! OMG IM SOOOO ANGRY!!!!!!!!!

CSC sent me a response......currently reviews are taking 6 months and i should receive a notice of action by november 1st!! melcom1122....u were soooooo right. now i wait more than i have already! lucky me

So the 15th day after putting in the service request has passed. I called back with the reference # I was given and now they tell me to email CSC and was given the email address. After I email I should get a response within 21 days!!! OMG WHY WHY WHY!!!!!!!!!! I feel like every time I am getting closer to get an answer I get the run around instead. Bueno...Dios sabra

its not so easy, my marriage can not take any more distance, we have been married fro almost two years but have been together on and off for over 10 and the fact that we are still young, makes its so difficult for us to be apart. i just ask god to give me strength to go through whatever it is he wants me to g through.
