    Hello all, Just wanna ask something . I got my visa on jan 7, 2013 . I'm planning flying to us on may 18, 2013. I just read that new us is immigrant fee charged starting feb 2013. Will I must pay the new immigrant fee before I enter USA? Thanks in advance guys .
