I did sign up before and have not receive anything yet!!

I did the same thing but I figured I wasn't using exactly what they want me to do. 
 
Here's what you can do. USCIS sent you an online accress code. You need to activate it by logging in to ur account using the given code.
 
Go to this USCIS Account , create an account. Then you should see activate account somewhere. You can insert ur phone number and email. By then, you should get update everytime you do appt with them.

I did mine this morning. Only took like 5 mins and its done. A minute later , I got a text telling my case has been updated to initial review.

Just received an email as well as text message from USCIS. Can’t wait for my NOA1. Application was sent on the 23rd of October and was delivered by USPS (Phoenix) on the 25th. My credit card was charged on the 26th. I am so excited😘.

Congrats to all who got an update. Could someone please tell the USCIS to update my status lol. No update since Oct 10 lol

Did the walk-in bio yesterday as I already posted, but got a status update today. I was expecting it to be interview scheduled but it just says we got everything we need from you and are reviewing your case. 
 
And for another data point the online system says 12 months until interview scheduled and 13 months until completion. 
 
Exact wording from the status update. (No document was attached like past 2 updates):
“As of October 12, 2017, we are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number IOEXXXXX. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you.”
