How would I know if I have complete case in NVC? Will they email me or I should call them for updates?

Just called NVC and got the good news on interview schedule

photos and joint bank account is good enough for evidence if you have them.

Now the Fun begins

I guess that form is for Iranians as there are only two languages in the second page (1st English and 2nd Persian). Called NVC and asked about it from the operator. She was shocked and told me that she has not seen anything like that form before and in fact it says "PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN WITH FORM OF-230 (i)." She also said that we can always take it to embassy at the time of interview if it is required.

So did you send it? or will be taking to the interview?

Just want a quick response from all of you ,

is it better to email NVC for CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT, DS-3032 or mail the actual form?
