  1. Hello

We n my fiancé have noa2 this month.

I hope everything will be ok at the interview but am very confused about I-134. I need help about the part 7 of it, about the current annual.

    1. What they mean about current annual? Is that the annual for this year and why they what the tax return for the last 3 years? Is the income in the last 3 years is included in the calculation.

    2. If my fiancé owns property, it is reflects on the calculation too?

    3. My fiancé changed his job in April and does this mean we should write his pay in part 7 of the document from the job now?

  2. Thx about the help. I agree with that we should spent longer time and it’s not good proof. But my fiance have little kidds and he cares about them, so the only way we could be longer time together it was if i could visit him in USA. If he tries to come it won’t for longer again. I hope the Embassy will understand our case but I know that they usually ask only question and not leave u to explain the situation. I hope they will ask me about the reason and not just say NO … we chat n talk every day so it’s not problem about the other kind of proofs.

  3. I met my fiancé online a year ago. After six months we decided to meet. It was easier to meet in the USA, but my tourist visa was declined. It was harder for him to visit me, because of his work. However he came and we spent 6 days in my country.

After we met in person we decided to marry and now we have ready the documents for K1 visa. We are afraid that the visa application may be decline because of the little time we spent together and the declined tourist visa. Are 6 days too less time?

We have a long distance between us for the next 6 months, so we think it is better to put the visa in progress, but we want to make the right decision …

Would it be the right thing to do if we send the docs now? If the visa is declined again how long do we have to wait, to apply again?
