After a long wait we were finally appoved for the K1 visa. I am so happy this part is over. Interview went smoothly. We will be together in a week. Thank you Jesus :dance: :dance:

Hi what did you ask when you called NVC regarding your case? and CONGRATZ btw!

I just told them i was wondering if they recieved my case because it had been almost 6 months and USCIS said they had no record. So yes i bent the truth a little. I gave them my NOA1 reciept number and they look it up that way and told me the package was already sent out.

Hello all i just got the best news ever. I was Approved!!

I want to share something with you all i called the USCIS to inquire about my case because it had passed the 5 month period so i was going to attempt to recieve a service request but i was told to wait 16 more days. Iwas upset and i started to think. I decided to call the NVC and they told me my case was already sent to the proper country. WOW how did USCIS miss this. To get clarification called USCIS back and asked for a supervisor, he told me i was approved on March 14th. So happy as hell i just asked that a NOA2 be sent back out because i never recieved one.

I suggest everyone who has been waiting pass the 5 month mark to call NVC because USCIS sucks!!!!!

I will now go and update my timeline :dance:

Recieved NOA1 November 1 come on CSC!!!
