    Is it generally faster to get a fiance visa then bring him to the States or for me to go to his country and marry him and bring him back to the States?

      The ball is in your court.Really fiancee is the fastest means of bringing your fiancee to the US.If going to his country will be situable for you and you get married,then that's fine too cos the difference between the spouse visa and fiancee is just 2 months.Then the issue of poverty guildline should be address cos when you dont make up to the stated amount your fiancee or spouse may be denied his/her visa.Good luck

    Does anybody know how much in assets I have to have if I am below the income guidelines to being my fiance to the US? I don't have anyone to be a substitute sponsor so am wondering how I can do this on my own?
