I do not know if this is the correct place for this but.....I met my Fiance through her sister. Long story short my fiancee has 2 sisters here in US both came on K1 niether stayd married to pettioner. Oldest waited 5 years other waited 2 years. I am worried I have been hustled.......I have not filed AJOS yet and wonder what I need to do to report this. My fiance also has 2 K2 age 8 and 6 that are here and since she arrived the 8 yearold refuses to leave the aunts house and they are already plan on enrolling her in school else where nd her living without us. My fiance has only been here 30 days and I. Have not married her as I am growing supicous of her familys intent. The oldest pettioned the mother who is here hooked up the other sister with a co worker fr a K1 and now me.........what can I do of the k2 that they are letting live else where and also my fiance as I suspect fraud?

CSC is going slower then vSC my NOA1 was 10/7/12 and cause of a document hang up we just got our interview date for 4/3/12 wish us luck and hang in there guys I know its driving u nuts just be ready for part 2 lol

Can you get same day appointments for k2 kids if you go online? Or in that case do you have 2 call heard its like 52 peso a minute

What about scheduling the interview? Mine has a 6 year old and a 8 year old I Know I need to pay for 3 and get seperate UID but do I have to make 3 appointment or just the 1 for the mom HELP lol

Any one flying their Fiance from Minilla to US Southeast like NC GA area? Juz trying to see who has best air fare costs

I am a VSC NOA1 10/7/11 NOA2 01/27/12 but got it 02/06/12 NVC said they fowarded it 02/06/12 and gave MNL# . Hope that helps but I also paid Filipina Fiance Visa to process and they requested extra documents and evidence prior to mailing it on 10/02/11. They also sent her examples of the DL forms and hyper link as well as incuding providing post approval support well worth the 400 VJ has also been also in helping understand such a complicated process.j

Hello...If you have your MNL case #...you can go and pay your fee at BPI ...then wait a few hours and go online to schedule your interview date...make sure you schedule your date in advance where you can schedule your medical in between that date...The medical is a two day process...Also..while waiting for interview..you can get CFO seminar out of the way like my fiancee did..she passed medical and did CFO..just waiting for interview on feb. 21st..when all is done and she gets her visa..all she has to do is to go back to CFO main office to have sticker applied to her passport...Good luck.

Hey just currious when did you get your MNL#? I jus got ours from NVC but no letter....did St. Luke as for the letter or she juz give them the number? That's awesome for you guyz by the way lol one last question when did NVC send your application to the Embassy?

Any ladies from Cebu? My Fiance is from Cebu juz tryin 2 find friends for her and support there lol our case was sent 2 minilla on 02/06/12.

Not yet. Have to get my stuff sent as well as updated Cenomar and NBI. The NVC said contact Embassy next week to verify reciept of our application.

always.....filed on 10/7/2011 got NOA2 on 1/27/2012 frm VSC NVC fowarded it to Embassy in Minilla on 02/06/2012...counting down now......from all I have heard the VSC and CSC kinda trade off in speed I have seen a few approvals of 10/11 trickle in for CSC....... soon guys an gals almost over stay strong! Also if anyone has a fiance in Cebu let me know local support helps 2 lol

I have heard different things if you google what to do after NOA2 it should give u a redirect to visa journey some of the guys did a step by step and was real helpful. They say when u get the NVC number u can set u don't have 2 wait for the letter but check the site 2 be 100% cause it is a lot to take in lol every one here is real good 4 hepin I just found google or bing is easier to find what I want on VJ

I am new to this but got NOA1 on 10/07/2011 for a K1 for my Fiancee in Cebu the I-129F went to VSC. Anyone got there NOA2 from VSC that filed in 10/2011?
