Hi! You have to wait for the NOA2 then wait for few days to call the NVC to get your visa case number. By getting the case number you can monitor your file. You can call the US embassy Singapore to inquire if they already received your file from the NVC.

In Singapore you are not allowed to proceed in getting your medical examination without the instruction letter and you are not allowed to schedule your interview as well. US embassy Singapore will schedule your interview, all you have to do is wait. Really nothing much for you to do right now but wait. Hi, sorry for delayed response. I waited for the Packet 3 before I went for medical examination. I highly advise you to wait for the Packet 3 because you will be needing the letter of invitation that contains your NVC case #. They will ask for that at the clinic.

wah my case is that I am based in SG however my visa interview we filed in US EM Phil. I think it was better if we should have just based it all in US EM SG.
