Thank you very much!! We are excited!

We just finished our interview last week in San Jose. We waited for 4 hours and we were dead last. The place was absolutely empty when we were called. The interview took about 4 and half minutes and all we were asked is how we met. My fiance did a super good job on getting the packet organized so I think that helped. We had all the proof there so they could see it. There wasn't much to ask us.

We had an attorney do everything in Costa Rica. It was just easier that way.

1. Get the divorce decree (long form of the judgement not just the case status)

2. Have it OFFICIALLY translated by someone reputable not just someone you know that speaks english.

3. Get it Apostilled in the Ukraine so it is usable in the US.

Yes it worked fine. We are already approved and my fiance is coming on the 10th!

I love my fiancee and our daughter more than anything in the world! I-129f packet will be in the mail tomorrow. This is the second time and 5 more months of waiting and horrible seperation!
