    We had an attorney do everything in Costa Rica. It was just easier that way.

    1. Get the divorce decree (long form of the judgement not just the case status)

    2. Have it OFFICIALLY translated by someone reputable not just someone you know that speaks english.

    3. Get it Apostilled in the Ukraine so it is usable in the US.
