    Hi..VJ...I have been trying to call NVC and they have me hold for 15 minutes till the phone got disconnected....does anyone has an idea how long does it take to be on hold with NVC till get unto representative to you CASE NUMBER,INVOICE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER AND BENEFICIARY ID NUMBER?       Call early in the morning. I called at 6am the last time and didn't have to wait at all
