While my ex husband was in ES waiting 15 mnts to get his I-601 approved, we got seperated. Our marriage wasn't that strong when he left. Before he came back i started dating my best friend and fell in love. I am now married to my best friend and we have 2 children together. Now we are trying to fix his status so we can make a beautiful future for our children here in the US.
I am currently sending AOS papers but heard they will deny us at visa interview for EWI then told to file I-601 is this true? Thanks for any help. Where are you at with the process. I too am also in Guatemala.
