when I read the directions for filing for N400 I see you have to be a permanent resident for at least three years does that include the time spent as a conditional resident or does the only time that counts come after you receive your lawful permanent resident card

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph. you can book your appointments at this web site plus you need to file out your online ds160 and at the same time you need to get over to st luke's and make your appointment for your medical and you will also need to make and appointment to get your cfo after you are done with your interview.
-
have you scheduled your vist to st luke's yet if not that is the place to start you can't get an interview without first going there

hi guys this is off the topic but I was wondering should I file for my step daughter just after my wife gets her green card or should I apply after she receives citizenship and also would she be allowed to file as a k4 and be allowed to wait for her decision here in America can someone explain how the new laws of that kind work
-
yes its not a problem they will ask for more information in about a week or so and then they will send the passport in the mail with the I 94 in it and after that she will have to go and get her cfo where she will have to bring all kind of proof once again ok then good luck sounds like all is working out for you guys
