I am a student on F-1 Visa, I work on campus there's a company that wants to hire me off campus, not in my study field neither as a highly qualified individual but as a "security guard"!!!

the only good thing here is it's a very good offer for me, but I have absolutely no idea of what to do, I don't even know how to ask my question here, can any one tell me what to do about that?

Adjustment of status timeline from F-1 by marriage to USC spouse.

8/14/2014: Sent AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765

8/18/2014: Package received in Chicago acceptance case transferred to Nebraska Service Center

8/21/2014: Received NOA I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail

8/25/2014: Received biometrics letter in mail scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/8/2014: Went in for biometrics.

9/24/2014: I-765 EAD Card/Document production, text/emails. 36 Days! I-485 still in acceptance and I-130 in initial review.

10/01/2014: EAD mailed, text/emails received.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 finally moved to Testing and Interview. Coincidentally called USCIS today about it being stuck in acceptance hours earlier.

I do have money but going to school 600 miles from where we will live together will be a bit difficult

I also have to leave my current job at the school but I can afford a lawyer.

The other irritating thing is her current job isn't above poverty line

we need to prove that I am not going to be a public charge... well I know I will not be but uncle sam will need evidence I guess

I think my options after that is to transfer credit to a university in Nevada but we have to file the paper work first because I don't want to be illegal.

my situation is complicated because I never thought that will happen.

I had a long relations ship before in Egypt with American girl that started online in 2012 then we met in 2013 we had a complicated love story until we decided to end it I think before my birthday 2013

I came to the states in 2014 june to study in California (she is in Nevada) we didn't communicate until recently and I visited her.

We decided to get married, we want to do that ... plain and simple!

well... yes it's a real love, her son calls me dad, I never had the same feelings with another person before, I am afraid that uncle Sam will separate us.

I will have the break on Dec. 11th I wil go to her and get married but I need to skip at least the next semester (the school is in California we will get married in Nevada) so the next semester starts at Jan 20 I am afraid the school will tell uncle Sam that I am a bad student and take the F1 status from me. I am in a complete mess. I want her but I don't want to break the Law I want to hire a lawyer because I don't want to break the law too. I just need advise on what to do.

*ps: when I came to America I never had that idea on my mind,... ever! I don't know how to prove that though.

I had the interview on Jan 21st. and it was very short less than three minutes, she was talking in Arabic but I replied in English, she asked about the school location, my current job, and the money, she didn't ask me to show any paper except the I-20 and the SEVIS receipt, I tried to show the bank statement but she didn't even look. and then said that she agrees on my case, and I received the passport with visa on it after five days.

question: why did that happen, I mean in Egypt they reject more than 95% of applications, and i didn't have any visas before on my passport, but of course I am happy and thankful for your advises here.

well I was talking about my company, Telecom Egypt, but I said none sense because no position waits for someone for 3 years and in fact I wanted that degree to get a better position in a bigger company in Cairo like Ernest and Young or IBM consulting, I would really like to work for that

and I am saying I am seriously worried and nervous about the interview ( I am still waiting the I-20) and I need advise about that

I just had my passport 2 months ago and it says that I am working at TE, do I need any other confirmation that I am still working for the company ? I think my interview might be in the first half of December 2013

I applied at Lincoln university in Oakland, CA for MBA program, Information Systems Management.... a 3 year program and (internship) means I work 40 hours/week but work must be in my field of study (called CPT program)

I am working at Telecom Egypt, 31 years old , my IELTS score is 6.5 I am waiting for my I-20 as I payed the tuition

do I have to get a promising letter from my company ? I mean it doesnt make sense, no position will wait for me 3 years, I need to get the degree first then look for opportunity that fits my qualifications right ?

I have my personal bank statement, but I am really really worried of the embassy stage !!!! I need advises on what to do

sure I do know all these info but my baby got confused and cannot get the exact info because she tried alot of jobs and went to Canada twice so this is a bit confusing for her, is there any government records for this info ? and can I send my letter of intent when they require my package in Egypt along with the affidavit of support ?

one more thing which why I need to go to the states for a visit to help her, she wants to move to another location and we think we should choose it together plus she might need money, can we petition now and change her adress later ?

* 340 $ cheque

* I129f + cover letter + question 18 answer

* my i 325g and her i 325 g

* proof that we met in person

* my photo + her photo

* her birth certificate + passport copy + divorce decree

I didnt give her a written intent to get married within 90 days of entering the states

am I missing anything ?

the I 129f and I 325g are really difficult documents ... is it a must to tell her parents birthdates ? and is it a must to get information on where we lived and worked in the past 5 years ?

theres a company I will be applying with is HTIR.com and its kinda new program maybe started 22 years ago where you study at a college in the night and work in the day full time work with american wages, but you have to work in the field of study its kind of payed "training"
