Thanks so much for all the advice!
I see it will be easier to modify my plans.

I have a vacation planned out of the country for July 1-31, 2006.
If the AOS interview is scheduled for July will it be a problem to have it changed?
Has anyone been down this road?
Thanks for any insight you can provide.

After days of looking around my region here in Florida and hitting brick wall after brick wall, I decided to call Denise. I told her I knew this was short notice, because of their closing and asked if there was anything that could be done. She took my info over the phone, I faxed her the vaccination worksheet, and overnighted the $35 money order.
She is sending out the I693 A today. She was very pleasant as many of you have said. All in all, in cost me the fee, plus the $14 for the overnight. Much better than the aggravation I was getting here. Thanks for the heads up and truly sad to see them closing.
nycmjkfan, good job beating the buzzer!

My wife's I-693A arrived this morning without the passport number.
I called the offfice and was told that they do not include it on the form.
Will this cause any problems with the USCIS?

Pax, thank you so much for the information on this doctor.
I called Denise and my wife's I-693A is now completed and in the mail.

Wow, Congratulations!!!!!!!

Thank you guys for all your help.
I'm wondering why they did not take my wife's signature.
Oh well, in time it will all play out.
Thanks again!

My wife had her biometrics appointment for AOS.
They did not take her photograph or signature.
I'm sure they could use one of the photos sent in with the I-485.
However, I would like to know is your signature on your greencard?
-
Congratulations!
Does the greencard have your signature on it?

I have a question for anyone with a greencard.
Does your card have your signature on it?
-
Thanks Anastasia! I feel somewhat relieved.
-
Thanks! It will be interesting to see if this happens to other people.

They took all ten fingerprints.
She took her NOA for AOS.
She did not apply for EAD.
-
There was no photograph or signature taken at the appointment.

My wife had her biometrics appointment today for her AOS.
They only took her fingerprints.
Does anyone know why they didn't take her photograph?
-
Well this is why I'm worrried....I have NOA1 6 weeks ago..and NO Biometrics appointment or anything..seems like most had their biometric letter 2 to 3 weeks later..and the appointment was
about 1 month after the NOA.....I know 45 days is not long..but when I see almost everyone with
bio appt letter at least within this time frame, it worries me.
Do not worry. My wife's AOS NOA1 is dated 7/25/05 and her biometrics appointment
letter just arrived on 3/25/06. They will get to you.
Yahoo!! Finally Approved.. Thank God......
