when i was doing my n400 I came to kno that after filling and you dont hear witing 120 days you can contact uscis and they have to give you an answer. perhaps its true for i130 too. try calling them
i didnt kno i was approved until I put my case number, dont rely on email or text. login to ur account at uscis n update email n text preferences. good luck
