What evidence did you submit?

pics of my wedding, affidavit.s from my friends and family who were at the wedding, and when they meet her and my 9 pages affidavit. but i just told them how i met her and everything else. but in my affidavit of good faith marriage i did not talk when i was living with her i just talk where we go, how we meet, how we felt in love and how we wanted to form a family. we married in my country. i dont know what else to say maybe they want that i say more when i was living with her but i put that in my residing with her. when i lived with my wife we lived at her mothers house, so everything was under her name all the bills. i just give the money to my wife. i dont know if i should contact my mother in law and tell her to the write a letter for me and i dont know if she will do it. she was nice with me.

Hello guys, my VAWA has been denied. i dont know what to do? what should i do? i have been denied just for good faith marriage. i am depressed. i hope i can get some help and advice from you guys. i am doing my VAWA alone without lawyer. thnaks in advance

Answer: 1. Yes you can file WAVA without having green card. In fact you can file WAVA anytime in your green card process. Even if you have I485 interview and you both are going to attand interview, you can file WAVa and Officer will not disclose to your spouse any information About you filing WAVA petition.

2. Yes you can file Concurrently, Infact Your I 765 only be approved if you have filed I 485, If I 485 in not filed or pending , USCIS will not approve your I765.

Bottom line , you should file I 360(WAVA), I 765( EADOR work authorization), I485 and Other package goes with I 485 like, G325, I 864 etc. ( Green card processing form )
