Entered on a K1 in mid November.

Applied for and got SS card early December

Married late December.

We did not take the marriage document to SS office to change her name. Now the I-94 is expired and SS will not make any changes with out legal status from immigration. They did not specifically say but I think they mean a green card.

So the question is what name do we put on the I-485. The name that is on all the other documents (her maiden name),

or her new married name (First name, Last name, My Last name) that is not on any documents yet.

I change my maiden name into my married name. I used it in all documents for AOS.

My husband is 25 years older than me But I was approved The consul never asked anything about our age gap. I'm here in US already.

That would be fine. I have more than 20 pictures. But the CO just scan one page of my scrapbook with 2 pictures.
