    that's what i don't understand. My case was completed on August 6th this is so confusing I think cut off was the 9th http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5759.html according to that visa bulletin. but I really don't know. I was talking to someone that got the case completed on August 13th and already got interview date. :S
