Friday 4/6 we received our congratulations letter from USCIS. The decision date was 03/29/2012. It looks like it was mailed from 05479 zip, St. Albans VT. even though our local office is in Atlanta. Good luck to everyone else, should not be much longer.

Your GC's "PR Since" date + 3 years - 90 days AND you are still married then you qualify.

Assume your temp PR was marriage (AOS) based.
