My is case completed also and waiting for interview date the processing center is mumbai. may we might get at the same time.

My case was at California Service Center too and awaiting interview date for my case. I highly recommend this site for NVC shortcuts

I sent my originals to NVC because they forward them to Mumbai Consulate and definitely make certified copies of major documents. For me the certified copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate, biographic page of passport were useful. hope this helps.

PCC from passport regional office when does it expire??

maybe get a no objectin clearance from US court to marry,govnt marriage certificate, pics before, during and after the wedd, fight tickets and boarding passes, pics with friends and family, receit of anything bought during the honeymoon, having a bank account together, affidavits of people witnessing the wedd.

my priority date is august 15th and got an RFE... waiting for it to arrive in mail. i did send an e-mail to congressman, Thanks to Divya rao. believe CSC is processing mid Aug now..

My priority date is Aug 15th and still waiting for NOA 2 and interview letter. Somebody whos priority date is 18th got their NOA 2 so I believe they are working on August now..

Congrats minicyni....!! great news! my priority date is Aug 15th and still waiting for NOA 2. I inquired about that with 2 of my friends learned that we will need PCC...Police clearance of the immigrants and Choice of agent need to be filled and u can call NVC and inquire the status of ur case, get case number. Majorly PCC is important they will need that and I have my husbands already handy.

yeah its supposed to be 5 months but mine is over 5 and still waiting. read from other people they are working on July applications now. It was very disappointing to both of us as well. Going with the flow...

If that date is being processed might get the NOA 2 approval soon....

I am eagerly waiting as well NOA 1 on Aug 15th.... it was so shockng to hear their delay in processing.

I have the same problem, mine has passed 5 months and they told me i need to wait 2 more months bc its within the time frame and they are overburdened with applications
