Now that there's no more transfers of the I-485 to CSC, I have been watching to see if our case is getting any touches and all I see is it must be just sitting at CSC in a box

Got my EAD yesterday and went to the social security office today. They said it can take up to 4 weeks before I get my social security card. (I Hope not!) To get my drivers permit DMV require that I have EAD and social sec. -hurry up!

EAD and AP approved! All week I have been tellingm y husband that I would get it Friday (all of our status updates from the beginning of our K1 journey has been on fridays) AND I WAS RIGHT!

earlier today I made a post about how I wanted to know if we will have an interview or will be transfered. Just checked USCIS case status and it was updated today = AOS INTERVIEW ON SEPTEMBER 18!!! WUUHUUUU!

I checked that box knowing that the EAD was on its way with just very little time remaining until I would have it in my hand, and I explained that to them during my interview and they said that was fine... In "normal" circumstances you need about 2 weeks to give notice at your old job before starting a new one.. so thats what the interviewer told me
and it worked out just fine.. timing is unpeckable
