I understand your feelings of being upset and sad now. My husband and I endured 5 months of AP and it was hard on us both. Just keep your conversations light and do not discuss AP but every few weeks. Tell jokes and above all take care of yourself too. Find a hobby, get your hair done or just have dinner with friends. Take care.
