    This is really heartbreaking...first RFE..no hard copy yet..and then i see NVC is really slow...we are really goin to get married in winter and i have freakin summer wedding dress.

      Some people have gotten to and then through NVC pretty quickly while others lag behind. I'm not sure what's going on with it =/. Hopefully things won't be as slow there in the next few weeks.

      Yes. wouldn't mind a transfer right now. VSC is operating in slow motion. Hopefully things will be better by next week. Most of us at VSC have passed or will soon pass 160 days of processing time.....

      Yes. It's very disappointing. As long as they're working on something it helps alleviate some of the stress of all this. We just need to see some approvals roll in at a consistent rate..This has been the worst June at VDC on record..

    Looks like this will not be the week..VSC has let us all down...Processing 1/09? I'll be at Day 160 on Monday. I think we need an army of robotic adjudicators to clean up this mess. Because it's a mess now...

      I would just hang in there as calling gets you nowhere. It will frustrate you even more. It's looking like an average processing 160-165 days after NOA1 now. Welcome to Vermont Disservice Center..

      K1s they're reporting 1/09 and won't let any service requests go through. I had a rep even try it for me. System won't accept until that date is beyond my receipt date..gah

    Today one month ago (the 16th) Vermont received our reply to the RFE. Others get approved within 2-3 weeks ... Ugh ... Of course it had to happen to US.

      Yes. I feel terrible about it too. Been saying it for so long now. It's crazy how long it has taken them to process this month. CSC just about caught up to us now. They're probably ahead at this point.
