Hello All! Would anyone tell me is the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) is the NOA 1 for the K1 application? California
Service Center received our application on November 8, 2011. So far the FormI-797 is the only thing we got from USCIS. Please tell me is the Form I-797 is the NOA 1? Thank you much!!
