    Well, after weeks of not responding I emailed them again yesterday asking them to PLEASE let me know what is going on. They sent me an email stating that they are in receipt of the electronic file from the NVC. Our case has been there since March. The then tell me that they are backlogged and expect to hear from them within in the next couple of months. :( Im so sad
